If an HPE Migration Advisor completed migrating you to HPESC, do not log cases in NCP. Otherwise, continue
logging cases in NCP.

We’d like to let you know that on Friday, February 13, 2026, RVU/IP physical requests will not be available due to a scheduled SAP system upgrade. During this time, you may continue to submit requests for eDelivery format.
All services will return to normal on Monday, February 16, 2026.
